Terms and Conditions

1. Services

We provide residential interior design services as outlined in your Design Proposal. Any additional work requested outside the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

2. Fees & Payments

  • A non-refundable deposit of 10% is required to confirm your booking.

  • Remaining balances are payable at the end of each design phase (i.e. concept).

  • Late payments may incur interest at 8% above the Bank of England base rate under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Act 1998.

3. Revisions & Changes

Your package includes 2 rounds of design revisions. Further revisions or major scope changes will be billed at £80 /hour. Hours will be agreed upon in advance. 

4. Cancellations

  • You may cancel before work starts; deposits are non-refundable once design work begins.

  • If we cancel (for reasons other than non-payment or breach), unused fees will be refunded.

  • If you booked remotely, you may cancel within 14 days under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, unless you’ve asked us to start work sooner.

5. Procurement

When sourcing or recommending products for you, we act as your agent with third-party suppliers.
We are not responsible for delays, defects, or delivery issues caused by suppliers.

6. Timelines

All project dates are estimates. We’ll do our best to meet agreed deadlines but can’t be held liable for delays outside our control.

7. Client Responsibilities

You agree to: Provide timely feedback and payments, allow site access as needed and secure any necessary permissions or approvals

8. Intellectual Property

All designs and visuals remain our property until full payment is received. Once paid, you may use the designs for your own home only.
Designs may not be shared or reproduced without our written consent.

9. Photography

We may photograph completed projects for our portfolio or marketing (without revealing your address).
Please let us know in writing if you’d prefer us not to.

10. Liability

We’re not liable for the work of contractors, supplier issues, or losses beyond our control.
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for our services.

11. Data Protection

We comply with UK GDPR. Your personal data is used only for communication and project management — never sold or shared for marketing.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes will be handled in the courts of England and Wales.

13. Agreement

By paying a deposit or instructing us to proceed, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
